This Courtesy Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the members of the Fit Kids, Inc.  Governing Board may be attending an social event hosted by HJSims. The purpose of this informal gathering is to facilitate communication between Board Members, School Staff, Consultants and Vendors in the interest of getting to know each other better.

This event is not a public meeting of the Board and the Board will not be discussing or taking action regarding any business of the Board.
